A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service, for new and returning clients — this is a legal requirement, not optional. We'll do this free of charge at any visit beforehand.

Good to know

We do when a stylist is free, but we can't guarantee it — booking ahead means you won't be waiting around, especially on Saturdays.
It's a legal requirement for any chemical colour service, for every client, every time, even if you've coloured your hair with us before. It takes two minutes and needs to happen at least 48 hours before your appointment — we'll do it free on any visit beforehand.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations under 24 hours may be asked for a small fee on your next visit.
Yes — there's free on-street parking on Pearse Street after 6pm, and the Market Square car park is a two-minute walk away.
We do, for any amount, in person or over the phone. They don't expire.
